The teams responsible for a patient change based on a myriad of factors - our system gives you the flexibility to reflect that online, as well as offline. You are able to change both the visibility of a handover (who can see it), the primary team (which team has primary responsibility for the patient) and the assigned individual (which individual is primarily responsible for the patient at a given time).
The below guide walks you through how to edit the teams and visibility on an existing handover.
- Select the 'Handover' tab at the bottom of your screen
- Navigate to the individual patient record you would like to update
- Navigate to the 'Team' tab on the far right side
- Press 'Edit Visibility' to change who can see the handover (you are able to remove or add users)
- Click "apply "
- OR Press 'Edit Custom Team' to create a new custom team - one that has not been predefined by your organisation admin and select which team you would like to assign as the 'primary team'
