The teams responsible for a patient change based on a myriad of factors - our system gives you the flexibility to reflect that online, as well as offline. You are able to change both the visibility of a handover (who can see it), the primary team (which team has primary responsibility for the patient) and the assigned individual (which individual is primarily responsible for the patient at a given time).


The below guide walks you through how to edit the teams and visibility on an existing handover.


  1. Select the 'Handover' tab at the bottom of your screen

  2. Navigate to the individual patient record you would like to update

  3. Navigate to the 'Team' tab on the far right side

  4. Press 'Edit Visibility' to change who can see the handover (you are able to remove or add users)

  5. Click "apply "

  6. OR Press 'Edit Custom Team' to create a new custom team - one that has not been predefined by your organisation admin and select which team you would like to assign as the 'primary team'
