In the unlikely event of unscheduled downtime, we have created a back up procedure to ensure you can still complete patient handovers without interruption.
Please follow the following steps:
- Submit your handover like usual via this link
- We will instantly be notified and ensure your handover is sent to the intended recipient
- We will upload your handover to the app once it's restored - along with the time of receipt as acknowledged by the recipient
- Continue using the app for handovers as usual!
