In the unlikely event of unscheduled downtime, we have created a back up procedure to ensure you can still complete patient handovers without interruption.


Please follow the following steps:


  1. Submit your handover like usual via this link
  2. We will instantly be notified and ensure your handover is sent to the intended recipient
  3. We will upload your handover to the app once it's restored - along with the time of receipt as acknowledged by  the recipient
  4. Continue using the app for handovers as usual!
